VISITOR PARKING / STREET PARKING REGISTRATION
Welcome to Summerwind! All guests parking on community streets or in visitor spaces must register their vehicle to avoid towing.
REMINDER: Residents, Owners, and Tenants are not permitted to park in Visitor Parking or Street Parking areas at any time. All residents, owners, and tenants must park in their own driveway or garage.
Step 1: Get the App
Scan QR code on the PARQKING sign displayed on the street or parking space using your smartphone camera to begin your one-time registration.
Step 2: Check the Clock
Parking fees only apply during overnight hours.

7:00 AM – 11:00 PM: FREE (Registration still required).

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: $5.00 flat fee per vehicle.
Step 3: Park on the Correct Side
To keep streets clear for emergency vehicles, we rotate parking sides every month:

Odd-Numbered Months (Jan, Mar, May, etc.): Park on the side with Odd house numbers.

Even-Numbered Months (Feb, Apr, Jun, etc.): Park on the side with Even house numbers.

Note: No parking is allowed in cul-de-sacs at any time.
Important Reminders for a Stress-Free Stay

5-Day Limit: Your vehicle is considered a “visitor” for up to 5 consecutive days.

Staying Longer?: If you need to stay more than 5 days, please have your resident host contact Trio HOA Management in advance to request an Extended Visitor Pass.

Resident Restriction: Residents, Owners, and Tenants are never permitted to park in visitor or street spaces. Doing so results in an immediate tow.

Watch the Sidewalks: Ensure no part of your vehicle blocks a sidewalk or the “skirt” (apron) of a driveway, as this is a safety violation.
