Our community works best when each property stays clean, safe, and maintained. Property owners are responsible for keeping yards, visible areas, sidewalks, and curb areas free from excessive overgrowth, trash, and debris.

Use this request link to report an occupied property with structures where grass, weeds, or vegetation appears higher than 12 inches, or where trash, discarded items, or debris appears in public view.

Requests go through the City of San Antonio 311 system. Once submitted, Code Enforcement reviews the concern and follows the City’s property maintenance process, which includes inspection, notice when required, and time for the owner to correct the issue
