On behalf of the Summerwind Homeowners Association Board of Directors, welcome home! We are thrilled to have you join our community.

Our neighborhood is more than just a collection of houses; it is a community of people who care about their homes and their neighbors. To help maintain the beauty, safety, and property values of the Villas of Babcock, the HOA oversees common area maintenance and ensures our community guidelines are followed.

Since our streets are privately owned and maintained by the HOA rather than the city, we have specific rules regarding parking and property maintenance that might be different from other neighborhoods you’ve lived in. This website was built to give you easy access to these rules so you can settle in comfortably.

We encourage you to join us at our monthly board meetings, held the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 PM. It’s a great way to stay informed and get involved in the community.
